About us
Bielin Stud Farm
Located in the heart of the picturesque forests along the Oder River, Bielin Stud Farm is a place where a passion for horses has been combined with professional breeding and sport for generations. Our history dates back to 1954/1955, when we began breeding Ardennes and Silesian horses. In the past, we also trained trotters imported from France and Sweden, and one of our stables is still called “Szwedzka” (Swedish) to commemorate those times.
Since the beginning of the 21st century, we have been steadily developing our sport horse breeding program. We specialize primarily in show jumping horses and, to a lesser extent, dressage. From their first months of life, our young horses are raised in conditions conducive to their harmonious development, and the best individuals are carefully selected for further breeding and sport.
Our stud farm spans over 2 000 hectares, including extensive pastures and paddocks, as well as arable land that allows us to produce our own premium feed. Our infrastructure includes four stables with 83 stalls, five running arenas, an indoor riding arena, training areas, lunging arenas, and facilities for working with horses of all ages and levels of training. Picturesque forests surround the stud farm, providing ideal conditions for training in a natural setting.
The stud farm is home to approximately 120 horses, including 16 broodmares registered in the Polish Sport Horse, Holstein, and DSP studbooks. Each year, we produce more than a dozen foals.
Our horses regularly compete in competitions, achieving successes up to Grand Prix level. Among the many outstanding horses bred at Bielin in recent years, Libertina (Con Sherry – Libra by West) has particularly stood out – an excellent sport horse, a triple gold medalist at the Polish Young Horse Eventing Championships under Kamil Rajnert. She then reached the CCI4* level with Mateusz Kiempa, winning two silver medals at the Polish Senior Championships and qualifying for the Olympics.
The year 2025 proved to be an exceptionally successful year for our breeding program. In the spring, Like Balu SKB (Like Pleasure – Baby Balou by Balou du Rouet) triumphed in the stallion performance test, closely followed by Dublin SKB (Cicero Z – Dulcynea by Kasanova de la Pomme). Cabra SKB (Dublin SKB – Celentana II by Levistano) received the highest score at the foal awards in Drzonków.
In addition to breeding, we offer a wide range of services: horseback riding lessons for beginners and advanced riders, scenic horseback rides through the surrounding forests and lakes, a horse boarding facility with 24-hour care, and professional horse training.
